Workers Credit Union

I designed the first mobile banking application for Workers Credit Union (WCU) of Massachusetts, leveraging extensive user research that included diverse user groups, real-world use case scenarios, and rigorous moderated and unmoderated testing. A/B testing helped refine the user experience, ensuring the app was intuitive and met members' needs effectively. The final product launched successfully ahead of schedule and under budget, delivering a seamless and user-friendly banking experience.
